Lace & Lariat works with multiple trusted suppliers, so shipping times can vary by product. Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking information is provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we may not be able to change an address after an order begins processing.
Returns
Return eligibility varies by product and supplier. Some handmade, personalized, natural-material, or leather items may be final sale. Any product-specific return restrictions shown on the product page apply to that item.

Natural & Handmade Variation
Cowhide, leather, dried flowers, and other natural or handmade products can vary in color, markings, texture, and finish. These variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
